    I worked with J.D.Llama Estates after my father, who lived alone, passed away unexpectedly. My sisters and I live in other states and the logistics of trying to clear out his house to get it ready for sale was overwhelming. Our real estate agent recommended Judi and she was a lifesaver. She was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with and handled EVERYTHING down to the last lamp and paperclip.
